Personalized and Custom Items
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

BeachsideFun is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Returning Goods
